What to expect

With its beautiful and unusual underwater landscapes and marine life, Tenerife is a perfect place to take a diving course. Join this PADI Open Water Diver course and get the first and best-known diving certification in the world. The course includes PADI Open Water Diver certification, theoretical course, shallow water lesson and 4 dives in the ocean and will enable you to dive with a buddy up to 18 meters anywhere in the world.

The course is delivered in 2 or 3 days and consists of 3 parts: the theory, which can be done comfortably for your home, is followed by exercises underwater and on the surface that will make you feel confident with the equipment and enable you to solve anything that may come up. Once you finish the exercises, continue practicing with 2 dives at a maximum depth of 12 meters and the other 2 at a maximum depth of 18 meters.

The minimum age to take part in the experience is 10 years old. Children between 10 and 14 years old are certified as junior open water with a restriction of 12 meters of depth until they exceed this age when they will automatically become open water divers
