With no more than nine people in each session, there's plenty of space to focus on the moment as the sky shifts through shades of orange and gold above El Cotillo's coastline.

- The sessions are inspired by Swáshya Yôga, with techniques and integration of movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation
- The experience isn't suitable for guests with medical conditions that could be affected by yoga practice
