This full-day tour serves up a rich platter of Varna's ten most popular attractions. You'll tick off places like the Stone Forest, Aladzha Monastery, Varna Cathedral and the Museum of Glass amongst many more.
In just one day, you'll see ten of the best attractions and sights in and around Varna. You'll start off by visiting resorts on the Black Sea coast, including the Monastery of Saints Constantine and Helena as well as Aladzha Monastery, a medieval cave monastery. You'll have free time in Galata, a beach town, before heading into Varna port itself for a sightseeing tour and free time in the centre.
There'll be a stop at the Dormition of the Mother of God Cathedral, the second largest cathedral in Bulgaria. Then it's out into the surrounding area, specifically the Stone Forest where a natural phenomenon took place and there's now a desert-like landscape scattered with stacked rocks. Your final destinations will be the Glass Museum in Beloslav and a winery for a quick look around – and a sip of wine.
