This tour to explore Tbilisi starts at 10:00 am and it will make you visit the main attractions of the city.
The tour starts with a walk to Sameba Cathedral, one of the biggest cathedrals in Georgia, to the Metekhi plateau with the view on the Old Town, to Rike park and to the Bridge of Peace (The glass bridge). You will then take the cable car to Narikala Fortress, which is the main landmark of Tbilisi, an ancient fort defending the city and from which you can enjoy the breathtaking views on the capital.
Next you will visit Abanotubani, the baths district and the oldest district of the capital from where it’s history starts and Leghvtakhevi waterfall a beautiful nature wonder in the heart old city.
After lunch (optional) you will continue your tour to the Ethnographic museum, a huge outdoor museum on an area of over 50 hectares on the hill above Vake Park. It consists of over 70 buildings and more than 8000 implements and artifacts which have been preserved to present traditional life in Georgia. The museum is divided into ten zones, each one depicting a different aspect of Georgian ethnology.
You will then continue to Turtle Lake, a famous spot for locals to spend their evenings.
At the end of the tour you will be dropped back to your accommodation or at any other place of your preference.
