On your way to Rifugio Sapienza, located at 1.900 meters above sea level, the guide will tell you some interesting facts about the highest active volcano on the European continent. Once you get there, you will enjoy the unique amazing view. You can choose to remain at 1.900 meters or head up to 2.900 meters by cable car and moon bus, where you'll meet an Alpine guide or a volcanologist who will take you on a guided walk around a crater at the summit.
