After an early pickup in the morning at your hotel in central Paris, you will head south with our wine expert guide. En route, enjoy freshly baked croissants while hearing more about the history and the wines of the region.
Following an approx. 2h drive, start your day by wandering in the impressive rooms of Chambord Castle with an audio guided tour and discover the secrets behind this magnificent « Château », constructed by French king Francis I five hundred years ago.
Back in our air-conditioned minivan, pass through the vineyards of Touraine, Vouvray and Montlouis-sur-Loire. Admire the colourful landscapes of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes.
Your lunch will take place at a family-run Vouvray wine estate, where you'll meet the winemaker and enjoy a delicious meal paired with different wines.
During the afternoon, you will visit the troglodyte cellars of a winery and taste sparkling, dry and sweet white wines and red and rosé wines from the region.
You'll be dropped off back in central Paris (Hôtel de Ville) in the late afternoon/evening.
