What to remember
- Guests need to board the bus at the first stop (Antoni Maura) where they will need to exchange the TUI ticket for the official City Sightseeing Bus Ticket
- The City Sightseeing bus is wheelchair accessible and suitable for those with reduced mobility but must be able to get on/off coach unaided
- Dogs in carriers are permitted on the bus
- For the boat tour, guests must first visit the ticket office located next to the boarding area before boarding the boat. There, they will receive their boat boarding pass and a voucher for the included drink (a bottle of water)
- The boat tour departs from Escalera Real in Palma (departures every hour)
- Please note that the boat tour operates Monday to Saturday, from 11:00am to 5:00pm, until 31 October. The boat tour is not available on Sundays or during the winter season. On these dates or in the event of adverse weather conditions, guests booking the Supreme or Ultimate Ticket will automatically receive admission to the ‘Elements' immersive audiovisual show instead of the boat tour
- You can choose from the following options:Essential option with two experiences: 24-hour hop-on hop-off bus tour with a visit to either Bellver Castle or Poble Espanyol village and a guided visit to the Museu Marítim de Mallorca
- Supreme option with six experiences: 24-hour hop-on hop-off bus tour with a visit to either Bellver Castle or Poble Espanyol village, a guided visit to the Museu Marítim de Mallorca, Caixaforum Palma, Museu Es Baluard, San Carlos Castle and either the boat tour or the Elements immersive audiovisual show
- Ultimate option with nine experiences: 48-hour hop-on hop-off bus tour with a visit to either Bellver Castle or Poble Espanyol village, a guided visit to the Museu Marítim de Mallorca, Caixaforum Palma, Museu Es Baluard, San Carlos Castle, either the boat tour or the Elements immersive audiovisual show, Palau March, Palma Cathedral and the Arab Baths
- Boat ticket option: 50-minute boat cruise with audio commentary in English and Spanish, plus a bottle of water. This option does not include the ticket for the hop-on hop-off Bus
- Not suitable for guests who suffer from travel sickness
