- Please ensure the full name of diver, date of birth, dive level, number of previous dives, last dive date, qualification provider, equipment needs, height, weight, shoe size, contact details and preferred dates of dive are filled out correctly in order for the booking to be confirmed

- Last dive for certified divers should be within two years. Outside two years, a refresh is needed. A payment of EUR 20.00 is to be paid on the day, and you must bring diving licence, logbook and certification
