Pickup and drop off service is available outside your hotel reception or at the nearest point if car access is not possible, between 09.00 - 09.30am. The local operator will contact you before the tour via mail to confirm your hotel and pickup time.

If a tour is cancelled due to insufficient number of participants or adverse weather conditions, the local operator will refund 100% of the payment
