- If you are aged 12 to 16 years old, you cannot drive but can be a passenger
- If you are aged 16 or 17, you can drive as long as you have a driver's license and are accompanied by an adult

- To ensure proper insurance coverage, all customers must carry their driving licence or permit during the tour
