Step into Barcelona's Museum of Illusions and prepare to question everything you see. This interactive museum is packed with mind-bending optical illusions, holograms, and visual tricks that challenge your perception of reality. You'll explore rooms filled with impossible geometry, where gravity seems to work backwards, and perspectives shift before your eyes.
The museum features over 70 exhibits designed to confuse and delight your senses. You can walk through the Vortex Tunnel, where solid ground feels like it's moving beneath your feet, or step into the Ames Room, where people appear to shrink and grow as they move around. There's also the Infinity Room, where mirrors create an endless reflection that stretches into eternity.
Interactive 3-D installations invite you to become part of the illusion. You'll pose with holograms, play with kaleidoscopes, and discover how your brain can be tricked by clever visual effects. The museum also includes educational displays that explain the science behind each illusion, revealing how your eyes and brain work together to interpret the world around you.
Every corner offers a new photo opportunity, with exhibits specifically designed to create memorable shots. The experience combines entertainment with learning, making it an engaging visit where you'll leave with a new appreciation for how perception works.
