Join this unique tour and discover one of the settlements that the Templars established in the first half of the twelfth century in the beautiful lands of the Monferrato region.
You'll begin your experience in Livorno Ferraris where you can still find the templar's "mansio" (that is, an agricultural farm): here, the small church of Santa Maria d'Isana was built in Romanesque style. You'll have the chance to enter the Church, led by the couple Camoriano, current owners of the old farm.
Next, you'll be lead to the Abbey of Lucedio with its farm, a charming and mystical location: the ancient church dates back to 1150 and was rebuilt in 1770.
During your day, you'll also be taken to "La Colombara" restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy a typical Piemontese lunch.
