Welcomed into a local home, you'll experience a traditional spread of homemade bread, Moroccan pancakes and mint tea. Suitably fuelled for the adventure ahead, we'll set off across the harsh landscapes of the Agafay Desert. Then, leaving the dusty, desert plains behind, journey through the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. Cooler climes here make this an oasis of green pastures and fields of cherry, apple and walnut trees. Take in great views over the Imlil Valley before visiting the remote village of Aremd where a tagine lunch tops off the experience.
