Once you have landed in London, enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue City Transfers UK sign who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal: - Terminal 2 and 3 - In front of WHSmith - Terminal 4 and 5 - In front of Costa Coffee

What to remember

This private transfer is designed for private groups of up to six people
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Please call the operator about oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. additional suitcases, surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) to see if these can be accommodated (contact details will be provided after booking)
You can be dropped off at any hotel or private address within the London area only. Please see the map of the included pick-up area in the gallery above. For any addresses outside the included pick-up zone, please contact the tour operator after booking
During booking, you will be asked to provide your London drop-off address as well as your flight details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver
If you are unable to locate your driver or are delayed airside, it is your responsibility to call the emergency line before making any alternative arrangements. If the tour provider isn't informed of delays, the driver will wait for 90 minutes from the time of landing after which your transfer voucher will no longer be valid
For FIT and groups, dependant on the state of immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 60 minutes after landing for intercontinental flights and 30 minutes after landing for European and domestic flights
