The island is known for its long-standing cheese-making heritage, where goat cheese is produced using fresh goat's milk and traditional artisanal methods. You'll be guided through the process by a local cheese master, who'll explain the techniques that have been passed down through generations.
During the workshop, you'll learn how goat cheese is made step by step, using your own hands to create and shape fresh cheese. After the session, you'll sample a selection of goat cheeses, from fresh varieties to semi-aged cheeses, and explore the differences in flavour and texture.
Your experience also includes a guided tour of the farm and a cheese tasting accompanied by white wine.
