The inside story
The vineyards of the Maison Boizel Champagne House occupy seven hectares of prime champagne-producing terroir. Maison Boizel is a family concern dating back to 1834, and through six generations of experience and expertise, they have honed their winemaking skills to get the absolute best from the land and the vines.
The Boizel family has always believed in keeping their processes as natural as possible as this is the best way to preserve the flavours and aromas of each cru, which will then be expertly blended to create the finished product. They describe the blending process as an artisan craft - expertise mixed with intuition and the collective vision of the family.
