Enjoy a friendly small-group experience in an authentic setting while discovering the charming landscapes and locally produced Chablis and Auxerrois wines.
Since 1989, cellar master Clotilde has been showcasing the expression of local terroirs through her wines. The Temps Perdus vineyard was created in 1992 when she planted her first Chardonnay vines. Since then, driven by a passion for the land and for life, she has cultivated and cared for her vines with the greatest attention.
Today, the domaine covers 30 hectares of vineyards spread across numerous small plots in the villages of Saint-Bris, Chablis and Irancy, with different grape varieties and vine ages. This typically Burgundian mosaic allows Clotilde to devote herself entirely to the elaboration of exceptional vintages.
Visit the vineyards at the foot of the estate and learn all about the terroir and its history from your guide. Next, visit the winery and enjoy a wine-tasting session featuring a selection of wines from the Chablis, Saint-Bris, Irancy, Bourgogne and Crémant appellations.
