Explore Marathon Lake and Domaine Lazaridis winery on this private tour with hotel pick-up from Athens!

The journey begins with a scenic drive to Marathon Lake, a reservoir formed by the historic Marathon Dam. Upon arrival, you'll stop for photos and take in views of the lake and its marble dam.

Continuing along quieter routes, you'll reach a viewpoint with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding landscape, offering a moment to enjoy the peaceful scenery.

You'll then head to Rathes, a rural area where you'll pause briefly to relax and capture photos of the surroundings.

Next, you'll visit Domaine Costa Lazaridi for a guided introduction to winemaking, followed by a tasting of selected wines paired with local cheeses and traditional bread.

The experience continues in Polidendri, where you'll enjoy lunch at a local tavern, before relaxing on the return drive to Athens.

Pickup and drop off service is available from hotels in Athens (outside the reception) or at the nearest point if car access is not possible, between 08.30 - 09.00am. The local operator will contact you before the tour via mail to confirm your hotel and pickup time.
