Delivery
Arsenal Club Level seats will be delivered as e-tickets. We will send out all e-tickets in the week of the match. These e-tickets will need to be printed out on a paper to access the stadium.
Official Club Level Hospitality
We offer Official Club Level seating at Arsenal. These seats are located on the Club Level middle tier and provide the best possible views. Included:
- Premium padded seats on the middle tier, shortside/corner of the stadium
- All seats will be located together
- Half time drinks: beer, wine, soft drinks, tea/coffee
- Official Matchday programme
- Complimentary Museum Tour (Matchday available)
- Complimentary Stadium Tour (Non-matchday only)
- 5 GBP merchandise voucher for the Arsenal Fan Shop and kiosks
- Option to buy food from the Food outlets located in the Club Level Tier
- Neutral seating, away fans can access as well as long as they don't wear away team shirts
Upgrading packages
We can offer an upgrade to a dining or drinks/dining package inside the stadium. The dining will include a three-course buffet in one of the restaurants on the Club Level tier. The drinks package includes pre-match beer, wine and soft drinks. A bottle of wine or champagne will be served at the table if requested. Please note, the drinks package may only be bought together with the dining package. And the dining package may only be bought together with Club Level seats.
Cancellation policy
We do not cancel orders in any case without restrictions. We are not responsible for date/time changes or cancellation requests from clients. In case the match date changes, current orders will be valid for the new date. We might be able to swap orders to another match if needed, extra costs will be discussed before confirmation of the swap. If the clients will not be able to attend on the new date, we might buy the tickets back for the price to be discussed by that time. Agency or client is able to resell the seats themselves upon matchday.
Group bookings / big orders
All orders with a quantity of 10 or more will be seen as a group booking. Please contact our team in advance to book more than 10 seats to check if the stated price is valid. P1 Hospitality holds the right to cancel any order(s) when the online prices are abviously wrong stated.

19-4-2020 - FA Cup Semi 2
Whenever a team will play in one of the above dates for the League Cup or FA Cup, the Premier League fixture will be postponed. We will swap your current order to an alternative in the same weekend. Extra costs or refunds may apply.
