Terwijl Fuerteventura langzaam wakker wordt, doe je mee aan een yogasessie bij zonsopgang met uitzicht op de oceaan en het geluid van de Atlantische Oceaan op de achtergrond. Je volgt deze buitensessie via een draadloze koptelefoon. Beweging, ademhaling, meditatie en ontspanning komen samen, zodat je de dag fris en aanwezig begint. De groep bestaat uit maximaal negen personen en alle materialen zijn inbegrepen. Deze sessie is geschikt voor zowel beginners als mensen die vaker yoga doen.
