Vous rencontrerez votre guide et votre groupe au centre de réservation de Skaftafell, le bâtiment gris au toit de gazon, près du parking du centre d'accueil de Skaftafell dans le parc national de Vatnajökull et l'aventure est prête à commencer!

Votre guide vous conduira environ 15 minutes en direction de Falljökull. Une fois là-bas, vous vous préparerez sur les crampons, aurez un briefing sur la sécurité et plus d’informations sur cet incroyable phénomène. Il faudra environ 30 minutes de marche pour se rendre à Falljökull, où vous aurez également la chance d’observer Hvannadalshnúkur, le plus haut sommet d’Islande.

Au cours de ce circuit, vous rencontrerez des crevasses, des moulins, des chutes et serez émerveillé par les formes, les couleurs et les textures qui vous entourent.
