- There are no refunds for missed departures or no-shows

- Noma Island may modify, relocate, suspend, or cancel operations due to weather, sea conditions, technical issues, maritime instructions, or safety concerns
- Full refunds apply only where operations are cancelled by Noma Island due to adverse weather or operational reasons
- Swimming is allowed only during designated supervised periods
- Noma Island remains anchored and does not cruise
- Departure times from Marfa Jetty are: 10:00am, 10:45am, 11:15am, 12:00pm and 1:00pm, please be at Marfa Jetty at least 20 minutes before your departure time
- Your return boat is booked with a host on Noma Island
- Not suitable for those with reduced mobility
- Not suitable for families with small children
- Bring bathing gear and sunblock
