The activity begins with a visit to the Gorreana Tea Plantation and Factory, which is currently the oldest in production in Europe. Enjoy a guided tour of the tea production process, where you can also taste the local tea.
After that you will reach the trail, located in Lomba de São Pedro, where you can find the Moinhos do Félix Waterfalls Trail. Begin the hike with a steep descent, passing through hydrangeas, where you will encounter the first waterfall, Cascata do Homem.
Next you'll see the Moinho do Félix, whose purpose was to grind corn and wheat. Descending towards the stream, you'll come to the viewpoint of the palm of the hand, where also the second waterfall is located, Cascata do Teófilo, passing through a forest of cryptomeria.
Using a secondary path, you come across the last waterfall on the trail, Cascata da Gruta, and its natural pool, Poço da Truta.
Complementing the last climb up the staircase, you'll pass by several springs and green areas where you can see different types of vegetation, including morning glories. At the end of the trail, you'll cross the parish, observing the local activity and the fountain
Following on from this experience, you will visit the Ribeira dos Caldeirões Natural Park, where you can enjoy the waterfalls and a visit to the Santa Iria viewpoint.
