Experience Finland in the most Finnish way by visiting a traditional sauna. Listen to your instructor who will give you some sauna tips and explain to you how to use the vihta, a birch whisk that is used to massage. Step into the wooden sauna and relax while the heath warms up your body.
Once you are done, dare yourself and jump into the lake to cool down. The water will be ice cold but you can enjoy a delicious traditional Lappish BBQ with grilled sausages and warm blueberry tea to warm you up.
