On the road to the first vineyard tour and Champagne tasting, your guide will tell you everything about the grape varieties, the blending, double fermentation, the soils, and champagne aging. Afterward, enjoy a convivial lunch at a local restaurant (main course and dessert).
Then, drive to Epernay with a stop in Hautvillers on the way to discover the church of Hautvillers where Dom Perignon is buried. Take in the spectacular views of the valley and Epernay, where the most prestigious Champagne houses are located.
