Cheese matured by our Maître Fromager Almond cake served with pear sorbet, roast pear and an exotic fruit coulis Pot of hazelnut cream, lemon whipped cream and cocoa-sprinkled crumble Chocolate truffle Meringue with whipped cream and chocolate sauce
