Day 1: Marrakech - Imlil - Azzaden Valley -Tamsoult Refuge
After your hotel pick-up in Marrakech, you'll drive to Imlil and start a 6-hour trek into the Azzaden Valley. You will pass Tizi n’Mzik at 2450m, the Ighouliden waterfalls, and stop for the night at the Azib Tamsoult mountain refuge.
Day 2: Tamsoult Refuge - Aguelzim Pass - Toubkal Refuge
You'll go for a trek over the Aguelzim mountain pass at 3560m and have lunch with spectacular views over the Atlas mountain range. When evening comes, you'll spend the night at the Toubkal Refuge (3207m).
Day 3: Toubkal Refuge - Toubkal Summit - Imlil - Marrakech
In the early morning, get ready to climb to the peak of Jebel Toubkal at 4167m! When you'll reach it, you will get some beautiful views over the Atlas mountain range and the Sahara desert! On your way down, stop at the Refuge for lunch before trekking right back down to the bottom of the mountain. This is a fairly long day with 8-9 hours of trekking and involves a 900m climb in altitude and then almost 2500m back down again. Back to Imlil, you will spend the night in a riad until morning before driving back to Marrakech.
