The purpose of the Galicia Jewish Museum is not only to honor the victims of the Holocaust but also to preserve the Jewish culture that existed and still exists in Poland. Through education, the Museum seeks to fight stereotypes and misconceptions about the common Polish-Jewish history, while inspiring reflection on the future.
The Galicia Jewish Museum is located in Krakow's Kazimierz district, in the building of a former furniture factory. There are 4 exhibition halls filled with photographs that remind the "Jewish" part of Polish history.
