Guided through wireless headphones, you'll move, stretch and unwind with the sound of the waves nearby. With no more than nine people in each session, there's plenty of space to focus on the moment as the sky shifts through shades of orange and gold above El Cotillo's coastline.

- The sessions are inspired by Swáshya Yôga, with techniques and integration of movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation
