Your adventure will start from Essaouira and take you to Diabat, known to be the village of Jimi Hendrix. Visited by him in the 70's, this village houses also the Palace of the Founder of Essaouira. Stop near the Diabet mosque which was built in the 18th century not far from the palace that you can see from the road. You can also watch the mouth of Ksob River which is a nice place for bird watching or visit the Jimi Hendrix Coffee.
Continue on the national road to Sidi Kaouki Village, a stunning surfing beach named after the saint buried on the rock on the right side. Continue through Argan and Thuya forest to reach the beautiful Sidi Mbarek, a village of fishers-farmers. Walk to reach the mouth of the river where you can see a little waterfall.
Resume your tour to the south through the Ihahan tribe lands. Here, you'll have a stop at the panoramic view of the water dam. After this, you'll have lunch with a local Berber family. Later on, continue to the south of Amsitten Mountain to visit the salt flats where locals extract salt. After this, you'll start your way back to Essaouira.
