This cheese factory works with fresh milk from its pastures avoiding the use of chemicals and seasons them just with fresh herbs. These simple processes, as well as love, passion, and care, are the keys that allow delivering the highest quality products.
During the workshop, you will learn how milk is transformed into cheese. The cheesemaker will invite you to experience the feeling of this transformation, and once the curd is ready, you will use a draining board to dry it. Afterwards, you will place the cheese in the molds.
