Discover the beauty of the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, a village listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on board a vintage French convertible!
To begin, you will be greeted by a friendly driver dressed in the famous Saint-James sailor's uniform who will tell you funny and unpublished anecdotes about this vineyard. During your excursion, you will visit a grand cru classé and discover the importance of the terroir and grape varieties, the winemaking process as well as the different classifications of Saint-Emilion wines. Before ending the visit, you will taste between 2 or 3 wines of the château.
After parking the 2CV, the visit will continue with a guided walking tour of about one hour in the village of Saint Emilion. During your walk in this historical city, you will be invited to a local producer to taste macaroons, the second specialty of Saint-Emilion after wine!
You will then get back on your 2CV to enjoy the small bucolic roads offering a unique panorama of Saint-Emilion and its castles. If you like adventure, your driver will leave you at the wheel of your 2CV on a small country road!
