The SUP (Stand Up Paddle) excursion is a great way to explore the spectacular beaches and caves of Polignano a Mare while immersed in nature and working your muscles!
After a short hands-on lesson, you'll start paddling along the coast, which will immediately make you disconnect from the world and become one with the marine environment surrounding you. You'll go on a discovery of bays, beaches, rock inlets and hidden corners of this Mediterranean paradise.
There will be no shortage of opportunities for a swim. Fun is guaranteed!
