Option 1: Departure VIP Fast Track Service

Meet and greet your airport guide at your airline check-in desk in the departure hall. A professional representative, holding a sign with your name, will meet you at your airline counter check-in around 2-2.5 hours before your departure flight time. They will help you to ensure that you reach the right check-in counter and proceed with check-in services and luggage handling. They will lead you to the fast track immigration counter and towards your gate.

Option 2: Departure VIP Fast Track with Private Transfer from Bangkok City Hotel

This option includes pick-up from your hotel lobby by a professional driver. Relax on a comfortable journey in an air-conditioned vehicle to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, a professional representative will meet you approximately 2-2.5 hours before the flight departure.

Meeting point:

A uniformed assistant holding a signboard with your name will meet you at the check in entrance of your airline (exact time will be sent to you after booking). If you selected a private transfer option, please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.

Full name, flight arrival/departure details and time, passport details, and number of all passengers are needed for this service, please indicate them at check-out
Infant aged between 14 days old and 9 years old on the travel date travel free when accompanied by a paying adult
Immigration may ask to see your hotel information or your return ticket
All passengers aged 10 and over must pay fast track in advance. In case of any additional passengers arriving at the airport, the service will be cancelled with no refund
Fast Track is available from 06.00 to 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
VIP access to any of the lounges is 2 hours maximum
One piece of luggage and one carry-on per person are included if you have a transfer to your hotel
