Let's go to Buñol and throw tomatoes at each other! In this tradition that has been going since 1945 on the last Wednesday of August every year, you gather in the thousands and launch around 145.000kg of tomatoes! This is an event that cannot be missed!
Itinerary
- Tomatina: the bus will leave to Tomatina at 5.30am from Plaza Tetuan 5, Valencia. The guides will be waiting for you at the main entrance of Purple Nest Hostel at 5.15am. The tour company will deliver sangria when you arrive to warm up for the party. You will return from Buñol at 2.00pm by bus to be at the hostel before 3.00pm. Please do not be late on the meeting points.
- Official Tomatina After Party at 10.00pm: If you’re staying in one of TourMeOut partner hostels, check out the pick-up times in yours. If you’re not staying at a hostel, the buses leave all night approximately hourly from Puente de las Artes, Valencia. Show your TourMeOut wristband at the door of the party and you will get free entrance.
