Your journey includes a 3-hour icebreaker cruise, round-trip transfers from Rovaniemi to the harbour in Kemi, and the rare opportunity to walk on the frozen sea (weather permitting). The highlight for many is ice floating — safely drifting in icy waters while wearing a thermal survival suit — an exhilarating yet peaceful Arctic experience. At the end of your cruise, you’ll receive a certificate to commemorate your adventure.

The cruise is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Icebreakers are not wheelchair accessible

The time slot indicated in the order box refers to the starting time of the Icebreaker cruise. The time of the pick-up is indicated in the meeting point section
Walking on the ice might not be available in early winter season cruises due to ice conditions
The minimum height required for the ice floating activity is 140 cm
It is warm inside the Icebreaker. With appropriate clothing, you can also go outside on the deck to experience the Arctic scenery
