- Women under five months pregnant can take part in the dolphin encounter only, must be accompanied by another paying adult and are required to sign a waiver
- Kids between 1.20-metres and 1.39-metres must be with an adult for dolphin interactions
- Kids 1.40-metres and taller can join the dolphin program on their own
- Infants aged one to five years can participate free of charge with a paying adult
- Children are classed as six to 12 years old and adults are classed as 13 years and up
