The service is tailored for your convenience, providing pick-up directly from your accommodation or a nearby meeting point, ensuring a stress-free journey. Meeting point:

You'll be picked up from your hotel or from the indicated meeting point, based on your location. At least a few days before the date of your service, you need to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time.

What to remember

Accessibility:

Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the bus
Transportation is not wheelchair accessible
Strollers are allowed on the bus as long as they are standard-sized and foldable

Know in advance:

When booking, select the preferred beach, and choose either a morning or afternoon pick-up
The time displayed on the website, or the ticket, indicates the earliest pick-up time; it does not necessarily reflect the specific pick-up time from the hotel, or the closest meeting point
At least a few days before the date of the service, it is necessary to contact the tour operator to confirm the pick-up location and pick-up time
To confirm the pick-up location, meeting point, and pick-up time, send an email to the local partner at least a few days before the date of the activity (you'll find their e-mail on your voucher)
Include the booking reference number in the e-mail
The return transfer will be at the following timings:
From Paradise Bay, at 5:10 PM
From Mellieħa Bay, at 5:30 PM
From Popeye Village, at 5:45 PM
From Golden Bay, at 6:10 PM
All timings are approximate; it is very important to arrive at the pick-up location, meeting point, at the given time to avoid missing the transfer
If transport is slightly delayed due to unexpected traffic conditions, do not become alarmed
Allow up to 15 minutes of waiting time before contacting the emergency number
If there are any doubts about the return time or the return transportation location, ask the driver for clarification
Transportation may be provided by a minibus or a coach
Look for a minibus or coach displaying the Oasis or UCS logo
Transport cannot wait for late arrivals, for both the pickup and the return transfer
All transfers are shared, not private transfers
With the exception of Valletta, for most major hotels, the pickup will be directly from the hotel
For smaller hotels or Airbnb accommodations, the pickup will be from a nearby meeting point
For guests staying in Valletta, the pick-up will be from one of the following six meeting points:
