Maria says, ‘Papas Arrugadas with mojo is the essence of Gran Canaria. The spicy mojo sauce livens up any dish, but with Canarian potatoes it's a perfect match.'Your guide will give you an overview of the highlights to look out for during the transfer, so you'll have plenty of free time to explore.
