The inside story
Built originally for the 1992 Olympic Games, Port Vell is now home to luxury yachts and sailboats in the heart of Barcelona, receiving over 16 million visitors per year. One of the only marinas found in a city center, Port Vell is just steps away from some of the most iconic attractions of Barcelona. Here you will find the largest aquarium in Europe, home to over 8,000 fish and 11 sharks. Don't miss out on the Maremàgnum shopping center and multiplex IMAX cinema located at Port Vell.
