You will learn to recognize the signs of perfect ripeness and discover the details that make a difference in the quality of the grapes, all thanks to the passion and dedication of the growers.
After the harvest, you will be taken to the winery, where you will have the opportunity to watch the journey of the grapes being transformed into wine: from crushing to fermentation, you will discover every detail of the winemaking process. At the end of the tour, a guided wine tasting awaits you, paired with local specialities, to close the day with a toast in company, celebrating the fruit of your labour.
