The tour will start with a tour of Borjomi in the morning. This is a resort town noted for its mineral water industry, the Romanov summer palace in Likani and the WWF for Nature-site Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park
You will visit the central park of the town and discover its Borjomi mineral water which is particularly well known. The bottling of mineral water is a major source of income for the area. You will then visit the hot springs in Borjomi park.
Your last destination during this tour will be the Green Monastery, officially known as Chitakhevi St. George Monastery. It is a IX century friary located in the village of the same name. According to historians and archeologists, the monastery was built by Christopher and Tevdore, students of St. Grigol Khandtstheli, a very influential figure in Georgian history.
In the evening you will return back to Tbilisi, you will be dropped back to your accommodation or at any other place of your preference.
