Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time. KidZania is located close to Burj Khalifa, at the 2nd floor of Dubai Mall.

Inside Burj Khalifa, you can't bring food or drinks

Know in advance:

The time slot you select at the moment of booking is to enter Burj Khalifa. The ticket for KidZania is an all-day pass
Inside Burj Khalifa, personal handbags and purses are allowed, while shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
For your safety, the outdoor terrace of the Burj Khalifa may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
