El especialista en vinos de la casa te guiará a través de los aromas y las etapas clave, antes de revelar el origen de uno de los vinos en un taller de aromas, acompañado de otra tapa de autor. Después, en el patio, probarás algunos aperitivos de la cosecha, con texturas de granos de gofio tostados y un cremoso queso de cabra local, que combinan a la perfección con un afrutado vino de maceración carbónica. El gran final será lo que te avive el oído. En una sala a oscuras, disfrutarás de una última añada y de una tapa y descubre el modo en que la música afecta a tu percepción del vino.
